We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site

Prices quoted by the Company are current at 1st Sep 08 but we reserve the right to make adjustments if necessary due to currency fluctuations, raw material or factory increases. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are not chargeable of any applicable value added tax.

We will deliver items in accordance with your order. A valid signature will be required on collection or delivery. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, you must notify us immediately.
Delivery charges are non refundable.

The Company warrants that all goods supplied by it will correspond to their specification and will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The Company's obligation in the event of a breach of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective goods, which shall be returned to the Company by the customer. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties or conditions expressed or implied (whether by statue or otherwise) and is subject to the following conditions:

Claims must be notified by email to the Company within seven days from the date of delivery.

All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises.

No returns will be accepted without prior consent from TV Components. Please ensure that when goods are returned, they are sent via a postal/courier service which obtains a signature upon delivery as TV Components cannot accept liability for the goods unless they are signed for by authorised personnel at TV Components.

Goods being returned as faulty where no fault is found will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated as either an amount of £10.00 being a minimum charge, or 20% of the invoice value (whichever is the greater). This handling and restocking charge will be deducted from the value of the credit note or credit card details will be requested whichever is applicable.

Goods returned for credit must be in a saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging. Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited.

Goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the Buyer will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated as either an amount of £10.00 being a minimum charge, or 20% of the credit value (whichever is the greater). The handling and restocking charge will be deducted from the value of the credit note.

Acceptance of returns due to Buyer error will be at the discretion of TV Components. Goods will only be accepted when TV Components are notified within 7 days of the original invoice date.
